Our offices in Helenwood and Wartburg are open from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays, for transaction of business. A conventional drive-thru payment window is available at both locations, during regular business hours.

Both locations are equipped with a payment drop box for customer convenience after hours, remember to attach remittance stub when paying at the drop box.

Print our Automatic Payment Application, fill it out and return it to the Citizens Gas office along with a voided check.
Level Billing sign up is March and April of each year. Customers must have service for 12 months prior to signing up, be in good standing and must own their home. In May of each year the accounts will be reconciled, any over payment will be returned to the customer and any remaining balance must be paid. Monthly payments must be made every month in order to remain on the level billing program. Click here for level billing form
